Our founders, Samantha Altamirano and Joshua Martinez, Director of Operations, recognized the need in the Racine community for an employment agency that would put people first.
With an open heart and a drive to succeed, Bi-Link surrounded themselves with a team of knowledgeable individuals, who share the same vision and motivation to help the community move forward.
Founded on January 01, 2023, BI-Link Employment Agency set out to fulfill their mission of people first. With a single goal; to serve the community in every way possible.
Bi-Link partners with employers to find qualified employees who will have tenure within the company to further business goals. While also helping employees find amazing places to build a career and grow both professionally and individually.
Standing behind our mission, BI-Link Employment Agency uses most of their profits to sponsor the Racine Spanish Center to help the community move forward.
